Here are Ocean City, New Jersey rates as of May 2022:
While the lifeguard wage begins at $12.80 an hour, it increases to $19.92. Senior guards, lieutenants and captains have a range of $25.16 to $38.63, Bergen said. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thank you Joe. I like OP alot. I really believe the life guard problem should be better...all it takes is money. OP can move money around and hire a few more. Then really sit down before next year and come up with a real plan. |
