| Thanks Kerry. I believe the BOD and GM could do something to raise the life guard salaries this season. It would probably get OP a few more life guards. But the problem is not going away. They need to figure out how to keep the pools open everyday all summer. I believe OP is a good place to live. I moved into OP about 21 years ago. I've heard and saw alot and still like OP. That is why after leaving OP four years ago I decided to buy a condo in OP. Who knows...I may move back.sometime. But to keep delaying the life guard situation is not good. My opinion is OP should have use of all OP pools most of the time in the summer. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Peggy, my opinion is the same it can be fixed for sure, but its not going to happen quick unless they steal lifeguards from other places that are probably paying them well. For the record I do NOT have a house in Ocean Pines
