For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: All our amenities are public, yet we continue to pay to maintain and manage this place like a private community. I have no idea what you mean. OPA assessment is very low compared to what others pay in surrounding areas. Comparing this place to White Horse Park (I think you will find it is zoned/classified as a campground by Worcester County) makes no sense. $165.00 a month at WHP = $1980 a year assessment. |
