Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Election Conspiracy? Msg# 1183782

Several reliable sources report someone hired an attorney to obtain certain board emails related to the board election last year. The individual has a right to obtain them, but the board stonewalled the request and the individual rightfully hired an attorney.
However, based on comments purported to come from the individual's attorney, the individual believes "there was a concerted effort/conspiracy involving the Board and the Election Committee to rig the vote count." I'm not sure what that accusation means. The Colette Horn majority was in control of the board last year. Is the individual making these conspiracy charges suggesting that Horn, et al, conspired to elect their opponents, Stuart Lakernick and Monica Rakowski? |
