ok for property owners and yes I don’t think 10% off for owners is unreasonable at MOC run amenities if they are in the black. But OPA is definitively not protecting property values or they would have a method of enforcing all violations. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If Beach parking makes so much excess, the price should be reduced for residents. Interesting. Would you also propose any profit made at Yacht Club result in reduced food and booze costs for residents? And, just for clarity, OPA exists to protect the property values of association members - property owners. Only about half of property owners are residents. |
