Again, our family is sorry that some few individuals issued threats to you and others on the OP board.  There's no excuse for harassment and threats.  And kudos to the whole board for continuing to serve under these circumstances.  

With all those threats occurring, we'd view the board's earlier decision as very understandable, and very wise -- to have police monitoring the attendance.

Lets hope the debate over changing, away from police checking people in, turns out to be a short lived tempest in a teapot. BUT Let's still be cautious, with police still available for security at the meetings.
