For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I understand your frustration. I don't know all the steps in the process but maybe the Maryland State Police provided what evidence they have to the State's Attorney and the State's Attorney has determined they do not have enough evidence to proceed. I guess you are asking the Maryland State Police to announce, yet again, anyone with information please contact us? |
