And a stranger telling family and friends how to deal with their grief is what?  Because the family is behind all of that.  
Their website has 15,000+ followers.  Strangers go on that site to tell them to sit down and shut up because it won’t bring Gavin back.  They haven’t had closure to truly begin grieving.  Just cruel.
