For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So, you and your husband were walking the boardwalk and saw Matt Ortt at his operation there. This sighting then prompted you to express concerns to the board that Ortt was not paying enough attention to OPA and he should have been at the clubhouse - as he was later on. |
