For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Well let me add this little I'm not an expert in running food and beverage operations thought: personally if I owned two restaurants with the worry of leases, collateral that includes my $ and possible mortgage on my house etc and then I was being paid to run other restaurants without all that worry...when times are stressful I (in my no expertise fashion) am going to focus on my two restaurants I outright own. It's only crying wolf if there isn't a wolf to be concerned about. |
