For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Attacker was not the correct word to use. The encounter was described as a verbal assault. However, the written eyewitness report said the author was afraid your client was going to strike Wheatley. From the written eyewitness report: “In my opinion, from what I heard and watched, Tom 100% was out of line, and I was concerned that he was going to hit her." |
