For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Not that I condone what Mr. Janasek has done to bring all this grief upon himself and just about the entire community. But didn't Mrs Wheatley start all this by saying something like ("I'm going to do it.") while standing at the bar? This meaning she was going to address Mr Janasek knowing there was bad blood between them. Isn't that somewhat antagonizing the situation? I could be wrong but I think that's how I read the witness statement. By all means I don't see Tom as a victim. |
