John, there is no doubt some folks agree with you.
In the big picture there are close to 8500 potential votes. One thousand or so are ineligible for not paying assessment on time. Traditionally, about 4000 votes are cast. There may have been 50 to 75 votes represented at the Monday meeting. It is likely not 10% of association members can even name the members of the board |
