For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I also said I loved my job and didn’t really want to leave. But sometimes you have to do what you have to do. It was definitely a step up for me. My point is in general, just because employees aren’t vocalizing discord doesn’t mean they aren’t looking for other employment and it would be foolish to bad mouth your employer publicly. You said openings are filled quickly which means people are moving on from OPA. I don’t think my mindset is that different from most. If a better opportunity presents itself most people will take it. |
