Yes-it was hard to walk away from those benefits, but I was lucky to find something close by that was comparable to start.
In HR you find that many of your long time employees are not happy with their jobs, but they’ve invested so many years with the employer that to start over with a new company means they give up lots of paid time off and they’d have to take a pay cut-so they stay where they are and grumble. |
