Then Diller quit the board and is now back years later with a more or less a new set of different issues than the ones she previously promoted in 2018.

For example, she also said then that "the discussion today is not a witch hunt."

Diller said, "Brett Hill is not the problem."

Diller said, "I can't just do this by myself."

Diller said. "We need a special company to come in and take control and run this place like a business." 

Diller said, "I am committed to making this change happen."

Diller said, "Follow the money. Start with the accounting department."

Now she refers to that past involvement and writes: "In the past I was vocal and started a community group. It did not continue because I decided to run for the board. In that group we also made clear we were looking to work with the board not attack them. Director Parks who was president at the time reached out to us to open conversation because of that."

So, as I opined the unspoken agenda is to elect directors who will join with Parks and Janasek to take control of the Board of Directors. Now Diller admits that Doug Parks "reached out to us to open conversation."
