I posted what group member Amy Peck said about board members who quit. She said that about Trendic, but it was also AFTER Diller left. Peck made no exceptions. Now she is rationalizing over Diller, and still publicly knocking Trendic.

Your agenda.   Tear down Diller, Janosek, Parks.  

An agenda must have a purpose. Let's see. Janasek hounded the GM unmercifully in public places for perhaps a year. When charged, he pled guilty. There were other issues the board addressed about Janasek. The board should have removed him. It did not due to a Parks brokered agreement. Doug Parks, while president, ignored the OPA bylaws on numerous occasions.  Parks pushed for the Northstar software that Stuart Lakernick now says is terrible. I lived through the Diller rodeo back in 2018. I could go on. Suffice to say, I do not want to see Parks and Janasek as being two members of any board majority. It would be very bad for OPA in my opinion.
