March 13, 2021 Assessments due May 1 The Ocean Pines Association recently mailed assessments with an incorrect due date of March 31, 2021. The correct due date is May 1, 2021. The Association will not charge any late fees prior to that date. Technical issues related to Ocean Pines’ billing software caused the error. The Association is working to correct the issue and apologizes for any inconvenience it caused. For questions, email info@oceanpines.org or call 410-641-7717. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just received my OPA assessment today..... One page says balance due by 3/31/2021. The page you send back says Due May 1st. Well... which is it , I need to water my money tree and need to know how long I got !!! Guess we didn't get to proofread our work..... SP |
