The Declarations of Restrictions state:
Every such charge so made shall be paid by the member to the Association on or before the first day of May of each year, for the ensuing year. I have not seen the bill so do not know what 3/31/2021 references. Might just be a misprint. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just received my OPA assessment today..... One page says balance due by 3/31/2021. The page you send back says Due May 1st. Well... which is it , I need to water my money tree and need to know how long I got !!! Guess we didn't get to proofread our work..... SP |
