My first thought was the balance due 3/31/21 is for those who may not have paid last years HOA fees yet. Some may have been making payments and still owe a balance. The new HOA fees due May 1st. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just received my OPA assessment today..... One page says balance due by 3/31/2021. The page you send back says Due May 1st. Well... which is it , I need to water my money tree and need to know how long I got !!! Guess we didn't get to proofread our work..... SP |
