The correct due date is May 1, 2021. The Association will not charge any late fees prior to that date.
Joe, Paying "prior to May 1, 2021" constitutes an 'early' payment. Under what circumstance(s) would a late fee be applied to payments made before 'due date?' I'm not at all nitpicking. There might reason(s). The only reason I can think of is, due to Covid, late fees for 2020 are forgiven; but I doubt that's the case. Thanks, Bob

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: For Immediate Release March 13, 2021 Assessments due May 1 The Ocean Pines Association recently mailed assessments with an incorrect due date of March 31, 2021. The correct due date is May 1, 2021. The Association will not charge any late fees prior to that date. Technical issues related to Ocean Pines’ billing software caused the error.
