For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, After reviewing the budget, I noticed that the bulkhead differential increased from 515 to 615.I also noticed that the bulkhead/waterway reserve has a projected balance of 459,638 on 4/30/22. Being a member of the 1361 bulkhead differential club,I am wondering how they came up with the 100 dollar increase.Why not 50 or 25 or maybe none. Since you are a member of the bulkhead club doesn't that bother you a little bit. Can someone please tell me how this 100 bulkhead increase was determined. Thanks,Steve Payne |
