Steve, there is only one bulkhead relacement reserve that applies to common and individual bulkheads
Each homeowner pays for the common bulkhead donation out their assessment to reserve and the individual homeowners pay the premium differental in assessments Hope this clarifise the situation for you Regards...John OC |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Tom, Thanks for the info.One thing that bothers me is how all of the bulkhead reserve money is lumped together.No separation of OP common bulkhead money and member bulkhead money. It seems like most of the bulkhead replacement done last year at Wood Duck was OP common bulkhead.Did the bulkhead that was replaced get charged to the correct bucket of money. I wonder how the million dollar contract just signed is sliced between member and common bulkhead. Thanks,Steve |
