For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, the reduction they THINK saved some money will cost everyone in Ocean Pines as the morale in the organization has to be bad right now. Has the GM addressed this with anyone? It is beyond me that someone like Colby leaves and The Board President shows savings in the budget? You can't make it up!
