| Look at every purchase this year that was presented to the board for approval. If 20% have legitimate cost comparisons, that is probably being generous. The ones that do have actual quotes for comparison generally are not apples to apples (different models / specifications), so you really can't compare prices. And then you take the Awnings and Food Truck in the month's board packet, the pool furniture and pool slides in last month's packet, and keep going back. It is absolutely crazy. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I vaguely remember this. But that is certainly not to say that I'm surprised. When did this happen again? Another example of the fact that Bob needs to go. I know it will happen eventually,but how much more $$ will we continue to throw away before King Bob's departure? |
