Ocean Pines in an unincorporated HOA subdivision within Worcester County, no different than River Run or Riddle Farms. Our government is Worcester County.
The above is a fact. Hi Joe, Ocean Pines is a "Census Designated Place" but has a very definite boundary ...unlike many CDF's. No one has to wonder where Ocean Pines is located. Our Ocean Pines mail comes addressed to Ocean Pines, Maryland...21811. I would imagine that Pocomoke City, Snow Hill, Berlin and Ocean City have definite boundaries. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A post office address does not create an incorporated city/town. But people are free to think whatever they wish. I lived in Catonsville, Maryland. There was a Catonsville post office, a sub of the Baltimore post office... Just as the OP post office is a sun of Berlin. Catonsville was just an area of Baltimore County, just as OP is just an area in Worcester County.
