Ocean Pines, Maryland Ocean Pines is a census-designated place (CDP) in Worcester County, Maryland, United States. The population was 11,710 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Salisbury, Maryland-Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. It shares the same ZIP code as Berlin, Maryland, which is considered the town center. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A post office address does not create an incorporated city/town. But people are free to think whatever they wish. I lived in Catonsville, Maryland. There was a Catonsville post office, a sub of the Baltimore post office... Just as the OP post office is a sun of Berlin. Catonsville was just an area of Baltimore County, just as OP is just an area in Worcester County. Ocean Pines in an unincorporated HOA subdivision within Worcester County, no different than River Run or Riddle Farms. Our government is Worcester County. The above is a fact. |
