For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nancy, I agree with you. To my way of thinking, there are two choices, adhere to the rules or change the rules. What I don't believe in is if the rules don't suit you it OK to ignore them. As far as your question: So ....why don't we just take the time???? You'll have to ask Marty. He is the Director now not me. Of course, he has already stated that his time is too valuable to waste on rule drafting, proposing and securing board majority approval. Bill Z |
