What is not clear? The county does not own the roadways in Ocean Pines. OPA and the County have an agreement to make the OPA roads open to the public. Surely you can see there is a difference. What is not clear is what laws apply on OPA roads. You said that "probably" some county laws don't apply. OPA cannot make laws so what laws do apply to our roads? |
