Nanci, I said I was "guessing." I have no idea what the board will or won't do on this issue.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: "THE BOARD WILL IGNORE THIS..." hard to believe. the board represents all of OPA and they are elected to "do what is best for our community". -nanci
