if there is one thing we need in ocean pines it's a leash law. there are many aggressive dogs around the pines. my neighbor across the street constantly lets his dog run around without a leash. he barks  and threatens sundance. he tries to get at sundance who does not like other dogs when they come close, i.e , he doesn't want a dog in his face. the last time the neighbor's dog ran toward my dog i just told the man i didn't want another confrontation. the future should be interesting.
