There has been no formal "VOTE" by this board with regard to any changes to the by laws. Well, this board stopped the referendum process set in place by the prior board so it could take some time to review the proposed by-laws changes before sending out to referendum. This board did that review and voted to send out the proposed changes, even fixing a date. I will grant you the board may still make some changes before the by-laws are printed and mailed. Would you care to make a small wager on whether or not the free amenities are still in the document? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: There has been no formal "VOTE" by this board with regard to any changes to the by laws. There was a "straw" vote at an open meeting and I voted against any compensation and I am sure you know that. Marty |
