Joe: There has been no formal "VOTE" by this board with regard to any changes to the by laws. There was a "straw" vote at an open meeting and I voted against any compensation and I am sure you know that. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If you read my post I did not say you voted for anything in that regard or have taken the free amenities. Both Zawacki and Sterrett voted to approve by-laws that contained the provision. As I recall this current board also voted on by-laws revision containing the provision to be sent to the membership for referendum. What was your vote on that? |
