................. suggesting a political committee for OPA. If OPA appoints a political committee, isn't that the same as OPA getting involved in political issues. Won't this committee report do the bidding of OPA, receive their marching orders from OPA and report back to OPA on any issues? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am guessing you mean outside of our existing elected commissioners, congressmen, and senators charged with evaluating "issues that could affect Ocean Pines". Marty, you continue to amaze. The above suggests citizens should just elect people and then never get involved; the elected officials will look oput for our interests. I'm from the government and I'm here to help you. Oh yes, Bill Rakow is suggesting a political committee for OPA. Maybe you can be board liason.
