In a brief discussion with County Commissioner Jim Bunting the decision regarding the roads and who's in charge. He said OP decides and the county doesn't have a vote. I'm not sure when you had this discussion, but I spoke with Jim Bunting this morning at the OPA Board meeting. He does not have any recollection of discussing this with you. |
