In a brief discussion with County Commissioner Jim Bunting the decision regarding the roads and who's in charge. He said OP decides and the county doesn't have a vote. If he told you that he is misinformed or didn't understand the question. County Commissioners are not lawyers. The County Commissioners are currently the authority to set traffic regulations in OPA. However, golf carts are prohibited by state law, and the county can't change state law, nor can OPA. |
