This video provides an overview of the proposed Town Center to be built at the Sports Core property near the swimming pool. Ocean Pines lot owners are asked to vote YES on the referendum, and approve the unanimous decision of the OPA Board of Directors to recommend lot owner approval to construct a new $3.9 million, 29,000 square-foot building to be financed via sale of OPA-owned commercial property along Route 589 between Taylor Bank and Route 90, and 19 interior home building lots owned by OPA.
