A one minute video clip from the Design Atlantic presentation about space needs at the 9/21/2004 meeting of the OPA Board of Directors. The clip clearly indicates Design Atlantic was not considering the northside fire station in its review of OPA space needs. The presenter states at one point, "It (fire station) really wan't part of my charge."
The presenter also states that based on fire studies and the Ocean Pines water supply, he believes a case could be made for eliminating the northside station. He also mentions, however, that this is a political issue.
