Remember when some of the directors were sworn in by council at that meeting? I can’t find that in any documentation either. Oh well.
Back in OPA's somewhat ancient history, as you recall, some association member decided board members should be sworn in, wrote dome words, and the board began using them, with Joe Moore doing the swearing-in of new board members. There is no provision for same in the governing documents. You refused to participate, and eventually the swearing-in ended. |
