For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: When I purchased my home in OP the settlement company checked on any outstanding money owed, liens ect. and at the settlement the money owed would come out of the purchases price. I am not positive but pretty shure it works that way. The settlement company also has you sign a paper that you received a copy and read the OP ARC guidelines. |
