The 1/20/24 board packet had red-lined guidelines. The 4/20/24 board packet did not. As I stated in the public comment, I appreciated that the latest guidelines were red-lined and I hope at the time of the second reading, any changes are noted.
I think the town hall is an excellent idea. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Both the last ARC guideline redline changes and the current one being presented were indeed online in the board meeting packets, which were/are available for all to view. Additionally there was/has been feedback by members and counsel after the first reading for both the last changes and the current ones. Docs were sent to counsel and in packets for board review, which happens between the initial first reading and final changes proposed for vote at the second reading. The last one was not rubber stamped as changes were made and noted in the second reading, which will also occur for current one presented. We appreciate everyone’s feedback, and only difference this go round is we will schedule a town hall for further input from community members. |
