For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: From my recollection the board votes to take legal action but that doesn’t mean there is no violation until that vote occurs. This circular argument is confounding. Nate, you may be a tad confused as well. The board voting to take legal action is somewhat a half effort. What Marty is referencing is the DRs, where it describes the board voting to declare an association in "continuing violation." Except, of course, that is not the issue under discussion. Peck simply quoted the number of CPI issued violations as 435 in one month, as provided in the General Manager report. Peck was absolutely correct. All this other stuff is just a manifestation of Peck Derangement Syndrome. |
