Section 23: OPA Elections Subject: 2025 OPA Board Election Msg# 1229961

When CPI finds a property that is not in conformance with the DRs, OPA sends a letter to the property owner on CPI letterhead that includes:
-— First Violation Notice —- A violation case number —— Use of the word “violation“ numerous times |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy, I stand by my post to Mr. Moran and its facts. A CPI violation, or any other violation for that matter, doesn’t exist until the board majority vote to find the property owner/member to be in violation. And that is a fact! Marty, why do you keep repeating the above. The issue under discussion was NOT when the board voted to declare a violation. The issue was, and is, the number of new violation notices issued by CPI in any given month. OPA info has confirmed that the moth in question saw CPI issue 435 violations. Exactly what Peck quoted. PDS is obviously in full bloom. I ask that you please STOP repeating the same statement over and over about the board and voting on violations, as that is not the issue that sparked this discussion. |
