| If that were indeed the case why would any home owner take corrective action before a board vote to take action? I can’t understand your logic? From my recollection the board votes to take legal action but that doesn’t mean there is no violation until that vote occurs. This circular argument is confounding. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy: ”Mr. Clarke: I will only respond to you with facts:” That would be a welcome change. Amy, I stand by my post to Mr. Moran and its facts. A CPI violation, or any other violation for that matter, doesn’t exist until the board majority vote to find the property owner/member to be in violation. And that is a fact! Marty |
