Are you also familiar with the newspaper The Progress? Based on its reporting since 2023 and quotes supplied by Rick Farr and Stuart Lakernick, it should be evident that Stuart Lakernick and the Board majority supported renewing Matt Ortt’s contract for an additional five years without pursuing a Request for Proposal (RFP). Even after the RFP process had begun, former President Doug Parks publicly stated during a Budget and Finance Committee meeting that he favored continuing with the Matt Ortt Companies. |
