For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Do I read this as OPVFD is responsible for the maintenance and repair costs of the land or the new building or both? All this needs clarity. My understanding is OPA will collect depreciation on the building, so OPA will maintain. Have the construction drawings even been made available? |
