For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Wow cherry picking nonsense from years ago. selecting and developing questions for the candidate forum is done oFF line / two phases of questions. Primary questions added to candidates narrative and random draw out of a hat by numbers with questions assigned by #. Them announced to selected candidate in the open forum . The reason for not releasing or publishing the forum questions before hand is to allow the owners ( HOA members ) to see immediate thinking of candidates- their reaction and answers at the forum . It worked well many times before and when I participated on the EC we encouraged all members to submit questions - we never had to create extra forum questions we used those submitted . Stop the nit picking - sub note / the election committee isn’t a full committee under state HOA rules it’s an operational group with specific task to be accomplished at certain times - that tasking functions have been clearly mapped for years. // tasked are worked on all year. // as for Mr Parks being there to suggest a closed session is laughable- just follow the play book outlined in2022 nobody is gaming the process - now get out there and submit questions for the forum to the OP HOA approved email for the election group |
