For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How much of the remaining cost has already been booked in reserves? Meaning, collected in past and present assessments? You mean how much is some lockbox dedicated to a new irrigation system? Same as was there for a new community Center and Yacht Club. Zero! Most likely. |
