After compound interest was added the total dollars available from reserves for the new Community Center was more than the $1.7 Million cost of construction. I might actually have that original spreadsheet that reflected actual interest rates and balances attributed to that project. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The total cost for the new Community Center, all 1.8 Million Dollars, was collected and booked into our reserve account. Yep. All there in that lockbox back then from depreciation of the original Boise community center? Or does the lockbox now have $1.8 million cost of the current Community Center? If so, comforting to know it will be there in another 30 or 40 years to cover the cost of a new one. |
