Can you reference a specific LAW.
If so that would seem to apply to many vehicles parked mostly on the roadway with two wheels just touching the easement area. Think of what you wrote above. Any vehicle parked with the right side on the easement area will probably have no part on the paved road. My comment is meant to prompt anyone in authority to provide a definitive source of law on the issue - something sorely lacking. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: However, it seems police can now enforce any Worcester County and/or State parking laws on Ocean Pines roads. It was several years ago when I attempted to clarify the road parking issue. I thought a section of the Worcester County law had a statement that, relative to road parking, stated something about a vehicle being able to be ticketed if it was considered to be a hazard. If so that would seem to apply to many vehicles parked mostly on the roadway with two wheels just touching the easement area. |
